$150 for same-day cancellations; $100 for cancellations made within 48 hours of service.*

By signing this form, the authorized cardholder agrees to pay for the services and allows the credit card to be charged. If the card is declined or no longer valid, a new card must be provided the same day. A $25 processing fee will apply, plus $25 per day until the balance is paid.*

Charges for services already completed are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a pre-payment will be refunded within 30 days. If the home is not reasonably decluttered before the scheduled service, a $50 service fee will be added to the final bill.*

Minor imperfections such as dirt, crumbs, fingerprints, etc... left behind by our cleaners do not qualify for a discount.*
